Things are going pretty great on the 1st. Don't imagine that that means this is the moment to stop working out (that's precisely not what it means). The 4th, 5th and 6th are great. You have lots of energy, lots of free time and a whole host of terrific workout plans. Life doesn't get much better than this! If you get to the gym early on the 10th, why not take a shot at that climbing wall? Heck, you might find you really like it! Problems are easier to resolve when you're well-worked out and well rested, as you'll see on the 15th. You want to get to the bottom of what's going into the food you eat on the 20th and you're right to feel that way. Start researching and you'll be armed with the knowledge you need to make healthy changes. And that's great. Help a friend with an emotional problem on the 28th and you'll feel great. If you are tired and cranky on the 30th, resting up is the best idea of the bunch. Take a hot bath and relax into the land of dreams. By the time you wake up, you'll be totally rejuvenated.
