You know your strengths and weaknesses, so why not challenge yourself on the 11th? Test a weak spot and see if you can't get it strengthened up with some site-specific weights exercises. You discover something fascinating about your body and its capabilities, on the 17th. Play tug-of-war on the 21st. Pushing and pulling a rope with a bunch of other adults will be very therapeutic for you. Connect with someone you love, no matter how hard it is to do so on the 26th. Organize an outdoor activity on the 30th. When's the last time you played capture the flag?
