On the 4th and 5th, social pressures could wear you out. Don't let friends' bad habits become your own. You are ultimately in charge of your life and how healthy it is. Don't forget that, when confronted with a series of choices on the 9th and 10th. Do you work out more or less? Eat better or worse? These questions continue to dog you on the 16th and 17th. Use this opportunity to help yourself. Romance encourages you to behave healthily on the 21st (and if it doesn't, it's not a good romance). Love yourself on the 26th, first and foremost. Take what you need on the 30th, but no more.
