If you're feeling slow and sluggish on the 1st, the best thing to do is go for a nice easy jog. Or hit the pool. You don't have to sprint, but you do have to get your body moving. Stretch your limbs. Get that blood flowing. You'll feel a lot better, guaranteed. You could be having the opposite problem on the 5th and 6th: You're feeling totally revved up. Guess what? The solution is the same. Run. Swim. Jog. Bike. Get your blood pumping (again) and you'll calm those jangled nerves. If you found a workout that really works for you, go ahead and tell a friend who needs to get fit about it on the 10th and 11th. But remember: You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. So if your friend doesn't go for it, don't push them. They have to find their own route to fitness. A tweaked muscle or a sore shoulder could feel like a real obstacle on the 15th and 16th. Don't let it stop you. Just slow down and work gently around it. Exercise is the name of the game, and as long as it's intense and physical, you can get it playing any game you want on the 21st. On the 26th, stay active. Eat well on the 30th.
