Make a decision about the best approach you can take to your health this month. On the 1st, get a plan together -- are you going to focus on your strength training? On your diet? On flexibility? Once you've decided, get going. Don't spend another moment thinking about it, when you could be doing it. The 5th, 6th and 7th are terrific, high-energy days. You work out hard and you play hard and you work hard and you sleep great! On the 12th, you might want to test a new theory. Do you sleep better if you cut out caffeine? Do you have fewer stomach problems if you cut out red meat? Give it a try! Your intellect is up and running on the 17th. Sometimes it needs a workout, too! Do a few rounds of Sudoku and see how you feel afterwards. A bumpy road on the 21st is just a sign that you need to give those leg muscles a real workout! Somebody you care for deeply gives you a terrific idea for a new workout on the 24th. Focus on your emotions on the 28th and 29th. You'll discover all kinds of interesting (and healthy!) things about yourself.
