'Great' is your keyword this month. Your workout is great. Your relationships are going great. And the energy you're generating with your great workouts is only doing great things for the energy that's being generated in your relationships. The results? A pretty darned healthy wrap-up to the year. Keep up the good work, and you'll keep up the good vibes, no matter how many holiday parties you have to attend this year! On the 5th, your soul craves some nourishment. Read a good book or go to a classical music concert. (Yes! High quality culture is also a part of being healthy. After all, your spirit needs to eat, too!) Why not get together with a friend and try a new workout on the 9th and 10th? It's always easier to walk into a new studio with an old friend. Be careful not to overextend yourself on the 15th. A worn-out you is a lot less effective than a fully-charged you. By the 20th, you want to eat and eat and eat. Have you been skipping lunches? Well, do make up for it. But only with healthy, home-cooked foods. Then get some extra sleep! Talk things over on the 25th. It's super, super healthy. The 30th is a good day to start in on that list of resolutions so you can finalize it on the 31st. Then meet up with some very special folks and bring in the New Year!
