Whether you're cross country-skiing or body surfing without a wetsuit, the more outdoor time you have on the 1st and 2nd, the happier you are going to be. So get out there and fill your lungs with fresh air! Work hard on your body on the 7th. Tone those abs and work those quads. The stronger you are, the more fun you'll have when you're out in the elements! Think things through on a hike on the 11th or 12th. Mother nature's wonders will really help you get the clarity you need to decide what your next steps in life should be. Follow your desires on the 16th. If you want to run, run. If you want to eat, eat. If you want to nap, nap. They love your hot bod and your positive attitude, so don't be surprised when they want to take this to the next level on the 20th, 21st or 22nd. A physical therapist has some well-meaning advice on the 27th. You can decide if you think it's legitimate or not. The more fun you're having, the better your workout is working on the 30th.
