It's not selfish to insist on time to work out. Sure, you've got a lot of responsibilities. And you'll attend to all of them. But you also need to take care of yourself: It's just plain paramount. Then you can attend to the rest of it. On the 7th, the best way to combat the blues is to give your heart a chance to beat faster and pump harder. By the somewhat chaotic 12th, you might want to throw in the towel (before you use it to shower after working out!). Don't. Go to the gym. Then, after you work out, you can throw in the towel. Good energy abounds on the 17th. Bask in it. Use it. Someone who admires you might ask for some workout tips on the 21st. Be generous with your time -- and your tips. You are feeling fantastic and looking healthy as can be on the 26th. Communicate your feelings on the 30th. It's really, really healthy.
