On the 1st, recommit yourself to doing the things that are really, truly good for your health. Have you been slacking off on yoga? Have you been letting your diet slide? Skipping meals and filling up on fries, just because you're on the road so much? Have you been forgetting to draw emotional boundaries? Have you been giving too much and getting too little in return? Put your foot down, now. There's no time like the present to reverse negative trends. The 4th and 5th are excellent days, thanks to your newfound determination to do right by yourself. Work out your formidable brain on the 7th. It's a muscle that needs exercise, too, you know! You feel good -- and downright romantic -- on the 13th and 14th. Enjoy every minute (it's healthy!). Financial health is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, you know. So check in with your bank account on the 19th. Take it easy on the 25th -- try your best to enjoy yourself!
