Head outdoors with these kindred spirits and get your heart rate up. Your mood will follow! On the 18th and 19th, use your cooking skills to jazz up your already delicious organic routine. You are tempted to watch TV again on the 24th and 25th. That's fine -- after you've worked out. Since you're feeling pretty great, you might want to invite that sweetie of yours over to snuggle (it's healthy!). On the 30th, do yourself a healthy favor. You'll thank yourself later!
