So make important all-around improvements in your life, in the long run, by paying attention, now! The 7th and 8th are great days to start a more holistic approach. On the 12th, you could already see an improvement in your life, thanks to your approach. On the 17th, work out your frustration at the gym. You feel great on the 22nd and 23rd, and that achy back feels like a thing of the distant past. On the 27th, you notice a brand-new sense of well being in your life (provided you've been focused on your body!). Just have fun on the 30th.
