Even if there's already a captain, your help will be appreciated. Then on the 18th, choose carefully: Is strength or flexibility most important to you now? On the 21st, find some workout buddies -- you can encourage each other to stay fit. Then on the 26th, if you're feeling tired -- or just plain lazy -- take a nap; everyone needs a break from time to time. Finally, don't be fooled by the empty promises of an instant diet on the 30th.
