Looks like you've got a pretty healthy month lined up on the 1st. Assuming, that is, that you work out. If you don't, you know, your healthy month will quickly degenerate into a not-so-healthy or even a kinda-sluggish month. Which is so much less than what it could be! So get to the gym, get to the soccer field, get to the pool. Don't overeat, but be sure to eat enough. And watch those vitamins! Are you really getting enough? Do some deep exploration on the 5th. Do you eat donuts when you're down? Cupcakes when you're cranky? Reeses when you're irritated? And what is it that makes you think this is going to make you feel better? Do your best to get to the bottom of your illogical emotional thinking on the 9th and 10th. A positive interaction at the gym really makes you feel great on the 14th. Try something new, sports-wise, on the 19th and 20th. What about soccer? Bocce ball? Squash? Get flexible on the 25th. That goes for your body and your mind. New healthy vistas open up on the 27th. Gaze out over them!
