If you make a mistake, don't worry about it. Just keep going on the 9th or 10th. So what if you did the yoga posture wrong? Trying is the important thing. Plan a super healthy diet on the 13th. Focus on the details on the 17th. How's your posture? How's your breathing? How's your protein intake? Be sure to make time to do something you've been wishing you had time to do on the 23rd and 24th. After all, you're in charge of your own destiny! End the month on the 30th with some much-deserved relaxation.
