No matter how much it might make you feel like you're back in grade school, pack a bagged lunch on the 1st. In fact, why not embrace that youthful feeling? Cut up some carrot sticks and slice some apples. Throw in a boxed juice. And since you are a grownup, you get to make all the decisions about what kind of dessert you get (Oatmeal cookies? Chocolate and granola? Nuts?). You'll save money and eat more healthily, too. Both of those things are on your list of things to do this month! By the 5th, you are a bit forgetful. Make a list and check it twice -- that's the best way to keep track of things. Enjoy yourself but don't overeat on the 9th and 10th (overeating isn't all that healthy!). On the 12th, you might feel like not a whole lot is happening. But that's okay -- you are anything but bored! Enjoy these slow but stimulating days at work and you'll keep the good vibes going strong during your office hours, too. Don't ask for a raise on the 17th, as things are tight all over. Instead, give a little silent thanks for all the good things in your life. Then go workout! Use your imagination when it comes to gifts on the 23rd and everyone will be delighted on the 25th. On the 31st, take a nap. Then celebrate!
