On the 1st, you may feel like you've hit a plateau in your workout. Instead of focusing on bending deeper, jumping higher or scoring more points, focus on doing what you're doing with the best possible form. Sometimes quality is just as important as quantity when it comes to staying fit. By the 6th and 7th, you'll be ready to kick it up a notch. You'll be feeling the burn as well as a deep sense of accomplishment. On the 8th and 9th, your energy levels are inspiring! Everybody wants to workout like you! Then, on the 14th, you bring real electricity to a previously dull game of pick-up basketball. Everybody will be grateful! On the 18th, it's high time for you to make some adjustments to your diet. Why not head to the farmers' market and pick up some nice autumn squash for dinner? On the 23rd, you'll be up for some more exotic fare -- just make sure it's healthy! The 27th is a good time to get involved with a fitness group. Perhaps a team or a class? The 30th will be an expansive day -- get outside and take advantage of it!
