January 20-February 18It seems like everybody needs a lot from you on the 1st and 2nd. They need you to do this, they need you to do that. But what about what you need? After all, you need to workout! You need to get enough sleep! You need to eat healthily and at regular intervals! And if you're always running around doing whatever it is everybody else wants, you could pretty easily lose sight of that. But being sure you get what you need is going to take self-discipline on your part. Get going on that on the 7th. Do a good job and you'll be in for some great, super-healthy days on the 8th and 9th. You learn something new (and very interesting) about your body on the 14th. Open up about your emotions on the 19th. Work on being grounded on the 24th. Running, walking and stretching will help with that. Is your ability to take time for yourself positively impacting your sense of self? It sure looks like it on the 28th and 29th. Take stock, and see where you're at. Organize something social that's also outdoors on the 30th. Why not a picnic?
