March 21-April 19What better way to take advantage of the wonderful summertime sun that to get out in it and do some serious exercise on the 1st and 2nd? Answer: There is no better way to get into the joys of summer! The longer and harder you workout in the great outdoors, the better your month will go. Your days are action-packed on the 3rd and 4th, but that doesn't mean you should skip your workout. In fact, you should double your efforts. Romance is healthy, you know. So on the 8th and 9th, if an opportunity to improve your romantic life arises, take advantage of the occasion. Immediately! And yes, sometimes a little dark chocolate is awfully good for you! Be sure you're getting your vitamin D on the 13th and 14th. (Here's a hint: You can get it from the sun!) Family obligations are in fact good for your blood pressure on the 19th and 20th. Get some experience with a new type of wholesome, organic cooking on the 25th. Then commit to going as organic and/or local as you can. Oh, right. And don't forget to exercise everyday! Go dancing on the 30th.
