If you're feeling a bit upside down on the 1st, don't worry! It could be a good thing -- especially if it means you're doing a headstand at yoga or doing some hanging crunches at the gym. Sometimes turning things around is the best way to straighten yourself out! Around the 6th and 7th, you'll be feeling like a serious health nut. Try out some fresh, local fare from the farmers' market. On the 11th and 12th, don't try to do too much too fast. Instead, focus on going slow and steady if you want to win the race. By the 13th, it should really be paying off -- you're feeling calmer, cooler and more collected. What more could you want? On the 17th, 'collaboration' is your middle name. Get a crew together if you want the best possible workout -- kickball anyone? And speaking of outside fun, do your best to get your pulse up in the great outdoors on the 21st. The fresh air will do you good, guaranteed. Then on the 26th, if something goes wrong, go to the gym. Take out your frustrations on the treadmill and you won't be tempted to take them out on the people in your life.
