When you have a rough day, it can be easy to forgo the little things that keep you healthy. You might skip breakfast or bow out on lunch. You might skip those oh-so-important computer breaks or even ditch your workout. One thing you need to be sure to remember is to relax. Check in with your feelings and remind yourself that this is just work, or life or whatever it is, and not the end of the world. If you're having one of these rough days on the 1st, be sure to be extra vigilant when it comes to maintaining your tranquility and healthiness. By the 5th, you'll be ready to take on a new project. How about an organic cooking class? On the 10th, it's crucial that you get outside. It's summertime, the perfect time to take advantage of the joys of the great outdoors. Communing with nature can have a very calming effect. The 15th, don't let anybody's scheming ways interfere with your mission to go for a swim or a run. The 20th, don't allow worries creep in and take up residence in your psyche. The 25th, your mood will dictate whether you leave work early and go to yoga or leave work early and stretch out on the beach -- either will be great!
