December 22-January 19On the 1st and 2nd, you know just what you want -- and how to get it. Hard abs? Sit-ups! Tough triceps? Swimming! Limber legs? Stretching! How terrific it is to be so on-target all the time! Fun in the sun is another of your key concepts. After all, it's summer! Your high energy and incredible stamina make working out a real pleasure on the 5th, 6th and 7th. Feeling good is the goal, and you've come pretty close to achieving the ideal state of feel-good on the 11th and 12th. Your recent recommitment to your workout has everything to do with this. Consider your options thoroughly on the 17th. But not so thoroughly that you can't get anything done. If your boss thinks they can force you to skip your workout, they have another thing coming to them on the 22nd. But you might want to phrase that more politely. Work out until you feel the burn on the 27th. Then be sure to warm down, afterwards. Your latest and greatest diet idea is a good one. Implement it on the 30th. You'll be feeling way more energized before you know it!
