Don't forget that a sense of emotional calm and well being are crucial to your overall health. If a good friend or partner is stressing you out on the 5th and 6th, you need to put your foot down. Standing up for yourself is really, really healthy! Work is a little stressful, which is not super healthy, on the 12th. Take immediate action to counteract the effects. Yoga, swimming or jogging should do the trick. Summertime -- it sure is spectacular on the 17th and 18th. How great do you feel? Enjoy a wonderful couple of days in the most active way possible! Run, if you feel like running, on the 25th. Weight lifting might also be just the ticket for you right now. You understand a minor physical problem better after a trip to the doctor on the 30th. Be sure to tell them everything that's going on. And if they have a suggestion for a long-term change you could make, take it!
