As the month begins, do an honest self-assessment. Are you eating that ice cream for the right reasons? Take appropriate measures, if required. By the 6th and 7th, you're ready to commit to a solid diet and exercise routine. It's imperative that you get as much pleasure and enjoyment out of your commitment as you possibly can if you want this healthy new behavior to last. Make sure you like doing what you're doing, and it will be easy to stick with it. By the 12th, you're ready for a little innovation. How about a new class at the gym? Then, on the 17th and 18th, listen to your dietician! On the 22nd, you'll achieve something new. Whether it's touching your toes, running a mile or swimming for an hour, make sure to reward yourself. Then, get ready for a physical challenge on the 26th. The more you take on, the more you'll get out of it! On the 29th, it's time to examine some old emotional issues -- they're holding you back!
