July 23-August 22Think long and hard about yourself on the 1st and 2nd. Are you healthy? Super healthy? Less than healthy? Unhealthy? Make a list of things you could be doing better, and a list of things you're doing pretty well. Then consult a fitness guru. Or the personal trainer at your gym. Or your Aunt Sylvie. Or the Internet. Just be sure you get some reasonably trustworthy input as to how you could improve you lifestyle. Listen carefully to what someone close to you has to say to you on the 5th and 6th. Their suggestions are not to be taken lightly. You fix the problem in no time on the 11th and 12th. And boy, does that make you feel good! You impress even yourself with your health improvements on the 18th. Well, there's nothing like putting your mind to something to make it happen! Reach a goal, any goal, on the 22nd (as long as it's health related). Family issues either energize or exhaust you on the 26th and 27th. Which effect they have is probably up to you. Look for romance at the gym or swimming pool, and you'll probably find it on the 30th.
