Have you ever considered taking a singing class? It's not a workout in the traditional sense, but it's a great way to build lung capacity and learn to control your breathing. The 1st or 2nd would be a great time to give it -- or any new fitness project -- a try. The month begins on a pretty spectacular note, so make the most of it! Around the 5th it's time to make some changes. Are you still overeating when you're stressed? Having trouble sticking to your gym schedule? Whatever changes you decide to focus on, follow through to the deepest level; now's not the time to settle for the superficial. On the 9th, if you're feeling less than balanced, try a regular yoga class. Notice any changes? Then, on the 14th, do what you can to help out a friend who's in need of some healthy advice. Whether they need to lay off a bad habit or just take better care of themselves in general, let them know. The 20th, talk to somebody about what's bothering you -- it'll be a relief!
