September 23-October 22Be generous, particularly with yourself, on the 1st! And don't be anything less than magnanimous with yourself on the 2nd, either. Generosity is the key to improving your health and wellness this month. Being too harsh or restrictive goes against the bounteous goodness of the season, and will leave you feeling empty and unsatisfied. Give yourself permission to go for a long, leisurely walk or an extra-long swim. Eat as much fresh fruit as you want. And kiss your honey bunny, if you have one, without any regard for the passage of time. Physical workouts stimulate your brain, too, you know. This is particularly true on the 4th. Go ahead and dream while you jog -- what you imagine just may come true. You feel sluggish for a couple of days on the 6th and 7th. Get some rest. Romance is in the cards on the 9th. Make a list of physical fitness goals on the 14th. Achieve at least one on the 19th or 20th. Don't forget to enjoy your workout on the 25th. Breathe deeply on the 30th. It feels good, doesn't it?
