It's the first and biggest step you can take to better health. Daydream on the 5th and 6th, but do it while you're jogging or swimming. There's no reason you can't sweat and daydream -- in fact, sometimes sweating lubricates the imagination best of all! Try something new on the 7th and 8th. On the 12th, you're ready for romance. So get to the gym early in the day to get in a social mood! If you are confused about the correct way to hold downward dog on the 17th, ask a senior instructor for help. On the 23rd you need to get paid, or the stress will affect how you feel. Workout, too! Your analysis of a situation is accurate on the 27th and 28th. So tilt your pelvis a little differently next time you're in tree pose! Your instructor helps you on the 30th. Great! You finally feel like you really get it.
