February 19-March 20If there is a lot of workplace stress on the 1st and 2nd, it's all the more reason for you to be absolutely rigorous in following your regular workout routine. In fact, you might want to amp it up a notch. After all, stress has a way of lodging in your body, if you don't guard against that by keeping your body relaxed and strong. You're feeling a lot better on the 5th and 6th. That has everything to do with the way you didn't let that nasty old stress impact your life overmuch. Imagine what your ideal daily routine would be on the 10th and 11th. Would you work more? Work less? Work at different times? Would you add yoga? Swimming? Go ahead and fantasize. This is the best way to get started on making a change. On the 15th and 16th, your lungs love all this good, fresh air they've been getting! Your heart loves just how much it's been pumping! Your muscles are weak with glee at the way you've been working them! Great. Keep it up. Don't skip too many workouts on the 21st and 22nd. Even if the weather is so good you just want to be outside. (That's fine -- go swimming in the ocean, or jogging in the woods!). Collect on a promise to be taken to a new yoga studio on the 27th. Try something new on the 30th.
