On the 1st and 2nd, you are in a very quiet mood. There's nothing wrong with that, as long as it doesn't mean you skip your workout. Instead of bowing out, why not plan something slow -- like a restorative yoga class, or a walk by the water? If you tailor your workout to your mood, you're more apt to stick it out even when you're not feeling so pumped up. By the 3rd and 4th, things are going great. You feel strong and ready to take on the world -- or at least the weights room! On the 9th, explore some out-there workout options. The sooner you tap into something that really fits your personal need for constant learning and creative energy, the better! On the 14th, you need to get out there and move! Treat 'sedentary' as a four-letter word. And don't forget: It's your responsibility to make sure there's workout time built into your schedule. The 19th and 20th might find you questioning some basic staples of your diet. Do you think you'd be better off with more protein? More fiber? Fewer carbs?
