November 22-December 21Your days are full on the 1st and 2nd. Does this mean that you can skip your workout? No, no matter how action-packed your days are, you may not skip your workout! Not even if you really, really are tempted to stay late at work and get this project done. No! Nothing is worth sacrificing your health for! Especially not some dumb deadline. On the 3rd and 4th, all it takes for you to be a winner is the desire on your part to win. Yep, set your sights reasonably enough ('I will get to the pool today, I will'), and once you accomplish them, you win! Exchange recipe ideas with a buddy from the gym on the 9th. Outdoor activity will make you feel great on the 14th, so be sure to get outside! You and your workout buddy can't always be on the same page, and if you want to stretch and they want to do stamina training, you'll have to compromise on the 19th and 20th. Your energy is high on the 26th and 27th. You end the month on an extremely physical note on the 30th. There's nothing like a sunrise run to get your blood pumping!
