April 20-May 20Out-of-control intense emotions can be a little bit uncomfortable, but they are a lot healthier than repressed intense feelings as the month begins. So if it feels like a summertime squall is about to descend right on your heart on the 1st and 2nd, let it happen. Put on your tank top and flip-flops and run out into the rain. Get soaking wet. Don't hide from the storm. Breathe deep. Lift your face to the clouds. What's that? You feel better? Great! You have a much deeper understanding of the situation (and yourself), by the 5th. Try something new on the 10th. Eat a fresh salad every single day, too. Get a little wild with your diet -- no more farmed salmon or cultivated rice for a while. You are looking good enough to eat on the 15th and 16th. Does somebody want to take a nibble? On the 21st and 22nd, you need to eat well, sleep well and workout. Hard. Yep, you need all your strength to triumph in a certain power struggle (you know which one). Don't try to eat your anxieties away on the 27th. It won't work. Go outside and enjoy the evening light! Then eat something really healthy. Work up a sweat on the 30th.
