Hire a personal trainer to spice up your workout. Take a cooking class to pump up your meal plans. Make being healthy fun for a change. The 9th and 10th, you'll be feeling a lot more relaxed and suddenly, you'll understand yourself better than you ever have before. On the 14th, make some plans with friends; being social is important for your health, too. By the 15th, you'll be enjoying life in a less inhibited way, thanks to the way you've brought your health routine into alignment with the way you want to live. Good job so far -- now keep up the good work! The 20th, you might be ready to race ahead and sign up for that marathon, but maybe you should work towards a half-marathon, first.
