August 23-September 22You're itching to get outside as the month begins -- the sun is high in the sky and summer is ready to rock! It's the time of year to delve into the great outdoors, so on the 1st and 2nd, listen to your gut and take your workout outside. Eschew the gym for a long hike or the community pool for a dip in a lake. You'll have tons of new ideas about your fitness routine and they'll draw a lot of positive attention on the 5th and 6th. Watch out for schedule snafus on the 11th and 12th -- make sure you plan enough time to hit the gym even amidst the tricky logistics you're dealing with. On the 18th, take care when sharing your thoughts on your workout partner's fitness -- you want to be honest, but you don't want to them to resent you for it. That goal you've been working towards is within reach on the 23rd -- awesome! Issues around the 29th could benefit from some deep, concentrated yoga.
